The month of Ramadan is also with us; fasting is something I never ever leave behind. The sun is really a killer these days. It's best to hide in the shelter of houses so as to stay in good health and shape.

Life @ NUST: 23 - Holidays and Fasting
It's been 2 weeks since the holidays started and there hasn't been a single day on which I haven't slacked; wandering here and there, watching movies, playing games; that's all to it. Before the start of summers, I had thought of many plans to implement and many tasks to accomplish but sadly, very few of them have been fulfilled up till now.

Life @ NUST: 22 - ESE Departure
WoWee!!! and finally its all over. Yesh! the storm just ended today with all the ESEs finished and we all are back to our homes. From tomorrow starts Ramadan Kareem and it's really going to be hot outside so it's best that all people leave their hostels immediately and depart for home (which I am pretty sure all would be doing).
This day was surely fun. I started studying quite late and by late I mean just 2 hrs before the ESE. Then I gave my paper in an air conditioned room (well actually I gave all of them like that) with a Britisher as the class invigilator.

Life @ NUST: 21 - ESE Arrival
Last week of semester two with one paper remaining, I can't even study a little bit so I thought I should blog about this.
End Semester Exam started on Friday and will end tomorrow. Damn they were too hectic. No holidays, full course, paper at 0900hrs; everything was so much full of cruelty. I was already out of form since project demonstrations were going and as soon as they finished, "Lo and behold! you shall deal-th with ESEs"

Life @ NUST: 20 - Project Submissions
At the end of every semester, we the students have to complete the End Semester Project just to get a mere 20% of the total grading. Out of a total of 7 subjects (or 6 or 5, trust me I don't know ☺), 3 subjects had an end semester project which were to be submitted in the first week of june.
Trust me, this project thing is so much hectic! it makes us be awake all night. Me and my friends were like "Oh God! Why me!" and we were so exaggerating over the fact that the projects needed to be submitted within one week of starting date.

Page From Hammad's Dairy : Friday 6th June
Dear diary,
It was one of those days that I didn't mind going to university because the weather was so nice. The sky was overcast with clouds, and the wind had tiny raindrops. I don't think I ever felt that good
Not a lot happened today.and none of it was good.A quiz I never prepared for.A quiz result I wan't prepared for either.I've said it once.and I'll say it a million times.Physics is NOT my cup of tea.Poor teacher. He tries so hard .alas we knoweth not the deep knowledge he clutches.

Life @ NUST: 19 - Study burden at its Peak
Two or three weeks remaining to the finals and here I am sitting on my laptop with little or no knowledge about how to get a score in it. I have three projects at hand and I don't know a thing about them too...
Study burden has rose to a threatening degree and I am really finding it hard to cope with it. I have got a programming project; I have to recreate "The Sims" in a text based environment. I have got four members with me but God knows the truth...I have been trying to split the work but I can't. So I did all the work I could have splitted among my group members (at least the most of it) by myself.

Its usually around 10:30 on a Sunday night when the remorse hits you.
Two and a half days and you could have covered so much, prepared all the quizzes, finished all the assignments.....slayed all the dragons, conquered Narnia, met Aslan (*s).
But you didn't.
The worst part is,I don't even remember where I wasted all that time .
