Life @ NUST: 21 - ESE Arrival

Last week of semester two with one paper remaining, I can't even study a little bit so I thought I should blog about this.

End Semester Exam started on Friday and will end tomorrow. Damn they were too hectic. No holidays, full course, paper at 0900hrs; everything was so much full of cruelty. I was already out of form since project demonstrations were going and as soon as they finished, "Lo and behold! you shall deal-th with ESEs"

Life @ NUST: 20 - Project Submissions

At the end of every semester, we the students have to complete the End Semester Project just to get a mere 20% of the total grading. Out of a total of 7 subjects (or 6 or 5, trust me I don't know ☺), 3 subjects had an end semester project which were to be submitted in the first week of june.

Trust me, this project thing is so much hectic! it makes us be awake all night. Me and my friends were like "Oh God! Why me!" and we were so exaggerating over the fact that the projects needed to be submitted within one week of starting date.

Life @ NUST: 19 - Study burden at its Peak

Two or three weeks remaining to the finals and here I am sitting on my laptop with little or no knowledge about how to get a score in it. I have three projects at hand and I don't know a thing about them too...

Study burden has rose to a threatening degree and I am really finding it hard to cope with it. I have got a programming project; I have to recreate "The Sims" in a text based environment. I have got four members with me but God knows the truth...I have been trying to split the work but I can't. So I did all the work I could have splitted among my group members (at least the most of it) by myself.

Life @ NUST: 16 - 2nd Semester Start Off

I can proudly say that 1st Semester was simply wonderful. I met new people, made new friends and more importantly made trustworthy friends. I studied with passion and not with burden. and the humourous touch; I ate a lot ☺

Life @ NUST: 15 - The End Semester Exams (ESEs)

So finally I met the one thing whole NUST was tensed about, "The End Semester Exams". It really does matter a lot, not only because I've written it in bold letters but the word "Exam" itself has quite much weight attached to it.

Life @ NUST: 14 - The Long Holidays

After the tragic incident of December 16, 2014 (Peshawar Incident), NUST closed its premises at pack up time on 19th and forced the hostel residents (better known as hostelites) to travel back to their homes.

It was indeed a great loss to the nation. Many little lives were lost that day and it became the blackest day in the history of Pakistan. But, little did we know that the threat had just begun.
